Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in accordance with our return policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and perfumes cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued through the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
