• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetics and perfumes cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same product category if the item is available in stock and the returned product meets our return conditions.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment.
